Time Sync Lag

Hi all,

 

we've a DayZ Epoch Server 1.0.2.3 with some scrips. (tow script, mission script, safe zone script, animated heli crash). Our problem is:

 

Everytime we got the line "4:02:51 "TIME SYNC: Local Time set to [2012,6,6,16,2]" on our server we've a serverside fps lag. We've continue observe that the more player are on the server, the longer the lag. Up to two seconds.

 

So to eleminate the possibility that the lag is from scripts, we have setup a standard DayZ Epoch server. With no scripts or other changes and there is the problem too. So know anyone a solution, for eleminate this lag?

Hi, I know this is old, but there was another post that dealt with this slightly, though I don't know what kind of reactions could come. I'll try to fix this same issue your having with a change to 30 minutes. currently, we are at 5 minutes...we dont drop frames, but the server gets hammered with errors about syncing! Especially right after a person logs out. Ill post results.
